En la reciente presentación de este importante libro, realizada el pasado Jueves 22 de octubre, a las 7:00 de la noche en los Jardines del Consejo Departamental de Lima, Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú; el Ing. Oscar Bravo Villarán, el Ing. José Tong Matos y el Dr. Julio Castro Gómez, compartieron con los asistentes algunas reflexiones:

En nuestro país quienes toman la decisión sobre los mecanismos para disminuir la pobreza, lo hacen desde el escritorio y son personas que no sienten la pobreza y no la conocen de cerca.
